Refund policy

We do not accept returns on custom made items.

We package all of our products well so they arrive on your doorstep in perfect condition. If an item does arrive damaged, please notify us within 14 days. We're happy to send you an exact replacement, same type of product, same personalisation and same size, as soon as we can.

Please note that defects in products, which are caused by incorrect use or misuse, are non-returnable. If an item is damaged by the use of incorrect detergents during the care and washing process, we are unable to provide a replacement. Please refer to the care instructions accompanying your product.
