Shipping

We will ship your order using courier, the fastest and safest way possible. When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. Please track your package directly with the carrier either online or on the phone. Depending on where you are in the world, shipping will generally take between 2 and 10 business days.

We do not require a signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your parcel without a signature will be determined by safety of the parcel and will be at the discretion of the delivery person. If you will not be able to sign for your parcel and want it left at your doorstep, leave a note, including your name and tracking number, asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." 

From the time you place your order to the delivery to your door, your product will take up to 20 working days. As your product is personalized and made by hand, especially for you, production of the product itself can take up to 10 working days. Once your product leaves our office, it can take between 2 and 10 business days to reach you.

We ship directly from Melbourne, Australia to all over the world. We have standardised our shipping rates to make it easier for you, our customer. Our shipping prices will be calculated at checkout.
